Control of Insects in Stored Grains and Pulses

TALIC SUPER DUST is recommended particularly for the control of Lesser grain borer (Rhyzopertha dominica), Rust-red flour beetle (Tribolium castaneum), Saw-toothed grain beetle (Oryzaephilus surinamensis), Flat grain beetle (Cryptolestes spp.), Rice weevil (Sitophilus oryzae), Psocids (Liposcelis spp.).

Best results are obtained when the commodity is treated as a preventive measure at time of storing. Established infestations are difficult to control.
Good coverage of the treated commodity is essential to assure protection.

RATES OF APPLICATION:
Maize in cobs: sprinkle after every layer of 30-40 cm approx. 50 gm per every 180 kg cobs (2 bags)
Maize in shells, cereals and beans: mix about 50 gm for every 90 kg of commodity. Mix thoroughly.
